Rape unlawful compelling physical force, sexual interaction that does not have consent of the partner. Sexual assault is an act in which a person sexually touches another person without that person’s consent, or coerces or physically forces a person to engage in a sexual act against their will. Sexual assault can be verbal or virtual

TIPS
1. Educate your child on sexual development.

2. Be aware of your surroundings

3. Do not follow anyone to lonely or dark place

4. Move away from someone who is on drugs or drunk

5. Do not accept offer of a lift from a stranger

6. Report any unpleasant touch

7. When you are uneasy start talking as if you are on the phone, whenever you suspect someone is following you

8. Be careful at parties and bars treat your drink as your hand set

9. Make sure your phone is always charged in case you need to call for help urgently

10. Avoid drink already opened handed over to you by your friend or stranger in parties and go in groups.

11. Tell someone know where you are going

12. Move away from where there is loud music, otherwise if there is an unpleasant sexual behavior, no one can hear your shouting.

13. If a situation looks suspicious or you sense you might be in danger, leave immediately and to a safe place.

14. Pinging  with ear phones makes you distracted

15. Do not put sensitive and private information about on your social media . Predators find you with your information

As a victim, most cases it’s not your fault but the perpetrator’s. Speak out for Psycho social counselling.
